Yalla, Let's Eat Oatmeal (serves1)
Ingredients
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 date chopped and pitted
1/2 banana sliced
6-9 walnuts chopped
palmful of blueberries
drizzle of honey (optional)
sprinkle of cinnamon
dash of salt
1/4 tsp of peanut butter powder
Directions
In a small sauce pan get your almond milk to a simmer with the salt and the peanut butter powder.
When the milk simmers add your oatmeal. Let it cook on medium for 25 min uncovered.
Pour oatmeal in the bowl and add your toppings. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon!
